Chelsea will play Swansea for a place in the final of the Capital One Cup, while Aston Villa tackle League Two outsiders Bradford City following the draw for the semi-finals.
Chelsea, bidding to win the League Cup for a fifth time, booked their place in the semis with a 5-1 rout of Leeds United at Elland Road.
Goals from Juan Mata, Branislav Ivanovic, Victor Moses, Eden Hazard and Fernando Torres sealed victory for Rafael Benitez's side after Luciano Becchio had given the Championship outfit a shock lead.
Swansea, conquerors of Middlesbrough in the quarter-finals, will be attempting to reach their first major final and travel to Stamford Bridge for the first leg of the tie.
Bradford, who stunned Arsenal in the last eight, will need to get past a resurgent Aston Villa to make it to Wembley.
The Bantams, who have also seen off Watford and Wigan during their memorable run, host the opening leg at Valley Parade.
Villa, unbeaten in six in all competitions, thrashed Norwich 4-1 to reach the last four and will be overwhelming favourites to earn the chance to lift their sixth League Cup trophy.
