Tottenham make £11m offer for International's Damiao

Tottenham Hotspur have been reported to make an official offer worth £11m for International's striker Leandro Damiao as Andre Villas-Boas is looking to boost his attacking options with Jamain Defoe the only senior striker in the squad.

Tottenham turned their attention back to Damiao after watching the 22-year-old star in the Olympics and their hope to complete cut-price Adebayor seemed to be limited over the player's financial demand.

Damiao has already notched up 3 goals for Brazil in the Olympic 2012.
