Juventus are ready to approach Manchester City with a £6.5m offer for Aleksandar Kolarov, according to reports in Italy.
As revealed by talkSPORT last month, the Serie A leaders are in the market for a new left-back and have identified Kolarov as their first choice.
And now Juve are ready to press on with negotiations in order to land the Serbia international in January.
But City may want more for the 27-year-old, who is an important member of the first-team squad and cost them £16m in June 2010.
