The Portuguese coach didn't want to comment any further on the matter of Özil: "I'd prefer to talk about tomorrow's game against Alcoyano than about yesterday's game against Betis. You're asking me questions about a player and you're asking me to analyse him, but that's what you guys are there for. I could ask you the same question".
When asked if he felt supported he said, "This isn't a trial; it's a press conference for the cup game. So if you want to, then I'm more than happy to talk about the game, but if you don't then I'll see you tomorrow".
He did make reference to his relationship with the club though: "The club makes its own decisions. I'm just an employee and it's up to the club to decide if it's happy with me. It's possible that at the end of the season the club will decide that it is not happy with my work and that it believes there are things to improve and change. My personal relationship with the chairman and with José Angel Sánchez is very good. It couldn't be any better".
On the topic of the Levante-Barcelona game, specifically the fewer fouls by Levante players than in the Levante-Real Madrid game, Mou gave a very concise answer: "You should talk to the Levante players about that, not me".
