In an interview with Lancenet, Josep Maria Orobitg affirms that the ex-Barça coach won't decide upon his future until January at the earliest.
"Pep Guardiola won't decide on anything before January. I was with him fifteen days ago and he told me that prior to January or February he won't decide which team he'll manage or if he'll be on a bench next season.
It doesn't matter what happens; before then he won't make any decisions with any club or country team", said Josep Maria Orobitg.
In the conversation, Orobitg didn't give any clues as to where his client might end up, saying that at the moment he is just focused on his family and enjoying his hobbies.
"Only he will take a decision about his future because he has a lot of professionalism. Right now he's with his family, relaxing, reading, watching football... In January he'll start to think about the team he could manage next season", stated the agent.
The English press say that Roman Abramovich spoke to Guardiola a month ago after Chelsea's Champions League defeat to Shakhtar Donetsk, but the man from Sampedor is playing hardball and has requested that his representative doesn't speak to any club.
