Barcelona duo Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta plus Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo have been named on the shortlist for UEFA’s Best Player in Europe award. The three received the most overall points from the first round of voting for the honour, which will be presented in Monaco on August 30.
