Chelsea finally landed Victor Moses from Wigan as the 21-year-old attacker passed the medical and signed a contract with the European Champions after the 2 clubs agree the transfee believed to be in the region of £10m.
The deal was done just hours after Chelsea confirmed the signing of Marseille's right back Azpilicueta and the duo will join Marko Marin, Hazard brothers, Eden and Thorgan, Brazilian play-marker Oscar as news recruits at the Stamford Bridge Stadium this season.
Chelsea have so far splashed nearly 80m pounds on transfer, the largest amount among European clubs.
