Chelsea have signed Spanish defender Azpilicueta from French club O. Marseille for £7m. The 22-year-old will have training sessions with his new team-mates after penning a 5-year contract with the European champions.
Azpilicueta played 69 times for the Ligue 1 outfit, having joined them from Osasuna in June 2010.
Meanwhile, Chelsea hope to complete the signing of Victor Moses from Wigan in the next few days as the two clubs agreed a fee of £9m for the 21-year-old.
