Olympique Lyonnais president Jean-Michel Aulas has slammed Zlatan Ibrahimovic for what he believes was a deliberate stamp on one of his players.
The Paris Saint-Germain striker caught defender Dejan Lovren on the forehead with his boot when trying to jump over him during Paris Saint-Germain's 1-0 victory on Sunday, with replays leaving it unclear as to whether or not the contact was intentional.
Although the Sweden star escaped punishment at the time, Aulas was left in no doubt as to the forward's motives.
He was quoted as saying by L'Equipe: "He did voluntarily, I'm sure. I do not like to see this kind of act."
Lovren, meanwhile, insists he will leave the matter to the proper authorities, but revealed the incident had certainly left its mark.
"Everyone told me that he did it on purpose. In any case I have a very bad headache. I think it is serious but it is for the commission to do its work," said the 23-year-old.
Despite Blaise Matuidi's solitary strike earning the win which allowed Carlo Ancelotti's side to leapfrog les Gones into top spot in the Ligue 1 table, Aulas remains upbeat about his side's chances this season.
"I have a lot of hope," he added. "We can aim higher than we imagined at the beginning of the season."
