Juventus and Sampdoria linked with swap deal involving Obiang and De Ceglie

December 31, 2012

Sampdoria midfielder Pedro Obiang could make a January move to Juventus, Tuttosport have claimed today.

The Spanish youngster has been tipped as one of the best Under-21s in Italy and has attracted admiring glances from a number of top clubs.

And the Turin-based newspaper believe that the Bianconeri could make a move for the former Atletico Madrid man, with a bid of around €5m likely to be enough to force a deal.

One stumbling block however could be full-back Paolo De Ceglie. Samp are reportedly interested in the 26-year-old, and according to Tuttosport may only sell Obiang if they get the former Siena man in return.
