Arsenal target Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has ended speculation over his future by signing a new deal at Bundesliga side Schalke.
The Dutch international's future has been the subject of conjecture with his existing contract due to expire at the end of this season.
A number of Premier League clubs, including Arsenal and Liverpool have been credited with an interest in Huntelaar, but Schalke have managed to tie him down to a new deal until 2015.
Huntelaar was happy to pledge his future to Schalke after signing a two-year contract extension.
"I have thought long and hard about this decision and I am very grateful to my managers of FC Schalke have given this time. But now I have made the decision in which I have the best feeling," Huntelaar told the club's official website.
"I've always felt comfortable at Schalke, the club and it's fans."
