Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels has urged his team-mates to go on a good run in the second half of the season.
The defending champions sit a disappointing 12 points behind league leaders Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga table, but the Germany international remains fairly happy with their performances so date.
"We've got 30 points, but we have played under ourselves quite often," he told Sky after the 3-1 win over Hoffenheim.
"That's why 30 is good, but we have to collect more next year."
Looking back on the Rhein Neckar Arena Arena clash, Hummels said that the match went according to plan for his side, who were wary of the threat Hoffenheim posed.
"This was how I wanted the match to be - without the goal we conceded, of course," he continued.
"It was important for us to get those three points. Losing the ball is pretty dangerous against Hoffenheim, which is why we tried not to."
BVB round off 2012 with a DFB-Pokal clash with Hannover on Wednesday.
