Serie A outfit's technical director Marco Branca who tripped to Brazil a few days ago had a meeting with Sao Paulo President Juvencio over a potential transfer for the young star. The meeting is reported to end with "smiles" for both parties as Inter presented a concrete proposal of $25m.
Lucas is currently in England, taking participate in the Olympics 2012.
